This policy explains what personal data the Ageless Kingdom game collects, why, and what your rights are. The game is operated by MATASCI LIMITED, registered in England & Wales under number 17373459, Suite 11085, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom (the data controller). 1. What we collect

• Account data — e-mail address, username, password (stored only as a one-way hash), game language, and character names.
• Gameplay data — your kingdom, resources, troops, battles, alliance membership, rankings and in-game purchases of virtual items.
• Chat and messages — messages you send in global, alliance and private chat, and reports you file about other players. Public chat history is deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Security data — IP addresses used at sign-up and login, a random device identifier created by the game, and a hardware profile (screen, graphics, CPU core count, language, time zone). These are used only to protect accounts, enforce the one-account-per-device rule and detect cheating; they are never used for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.
• Activity data — when you are online (hourly), used for game features such as the "while you were away" report and for abuse investigations.
• Push notification token — if you allow notifications, a token from Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can tell you about attacks, finished construction and similar game events.
• Optional Telegram link — if you choose to link Telegram, your Telegram user id and username.
• Purchases — if you buy diamonds on our website, the order record (see the store's own privacy policy at matasciapp.com/privacy.html). The iOS app does not sell anything.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health or financial data in the game, we do not show ads and we do not sell personal data.

2. Why we use it

• To run the game and your account (performance of our contract with you).
• To keep the game fair and safe — preventing fraud, multi-accounting, cheating and abusive chat (legitimate interests).
• To send push notifications you opted in to (consent — you can turn them off in the game settings or in iOS Settings).
• To meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Hosting and database providers (Render, MongoDB Atlas) that run the game servers.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service — only to deliver notifications.
• An automatic translation service, only for chat messages you ask the game to translate.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Other players can see your character name, kingdom, alliance, rankings and the chat messages you send.

4. How long we keep it

Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists. Public chat is deleted after 30 days. Security and moderation records may be kept for up to 12 months, or longer where needed to handle a dispute or a legal claim.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account inside the game: Settings → Delete my account. Your account is deactivated immediately and all of its characters and game data are permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also ask us by e-mail.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability, by writing to support@matasciapp.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

7. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
